At Glanco Recover, we demonstrated our expertise in industrial recovery technologies through the project we carried out with HJULSBRO STEEL AB, one of Sweden’s well-established steel manufacturers. The custom-designed system we developed for the company treats sulfuric acid in pickling baths, removing 20 kg of Fe²⁺ per hour and producing 2,400 kg of FeSO₄·7H₂O (ferrous sulfate heptahydrate) per day as a result of the process.

This system not only reduces waste load but also recovers a high-purity industrial by-product, adding significant economic value. Offering environmental sustainability and process efficiency at the same time, this solution has enabled HJULSBRO STEEL AB to upgrade its production operations to a more eco-friendly, cost-effective, and innovative level.
