As Glanco Recover, we have demonstrated our expertise in industrial recovery technologies through our project with one of Sweden’s well-established steel manufacturers, HJULSBRO STEEL AB. The custom-designed system for the company purifies sulfuric acid from pickling baths, achieving removal rate of 20 kg Fe⁺² per hour, and as a result of the process, produces 2,400 kg of FeSO₄·7H₂O (ferrous sulfate heptahydrate) per day.

This system not only reduces waste load but also adds economic value by recovering a high-purity industrial by-product. Offering both environmental sustainability and process efficiency, this solution has elevated HJULSBRO STEEL AB’s production processes to a more eco-friendly, cost-effective, and innovative level.
